Folk Music Night at the Coffee Hole

This Saturday, March 29, from 7-10 pm, Monte Vista presents Folk Music Night at the Coffee Hole. Inspired by the social aspects of Collin Robert's installation Coffee Hole and ongoing tradition of coffee house entertainment, Folk Music Night aims to create an evening of soulful crooning, poetry reciting, and worker solidarity in a humble idiosyncratic community extravaganza like you've never seen before. The event will mix installation, video, and performance by visual, media, and musical artists working in and around the themes of folk music. PowerPoint Karaoke will be performed between acts. Coffee will be served.
